How do you ensure the jewelry is authentic?
We hand test all the jewelry without a hallmark to make sure of its authenticity with professional tools and techniques, which typically include:
Acid Testing (or Scratch/Chemical Testing): We carefully rub the metal on a testing stone (touchstone) and apply specific chemical solutions.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We do not accept returns or exchanges on any jewelry purchases. All sales are final.
We highly recommend reviewing all photos, descriptions, measurements, and condition details before placing an order. If you have any questions about a piece, please contact us prior to your purchase.
What happens if my jewelry arrives damaged or is lost during shipping?
This is the only exception to our final sale policy:
Damaged: If your jewelry arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will provide instructions for returning the piece and issue a full reimbursement once the item is received and the damage is confirmed.
Lost: If a package is confirmed lost by the shipping carrier, we will issue a full reimbursement.
If I have an item resized or altered, can I still return it?
No. Once a piece has been altered or resized, it is no longer eligible for reimbursement.
How quickly will my order ship?
We ship within 2-5 business days of receiving your order. For Canada, you can expect your package to arrive between 2-10 business days.
For USA customers, you can expect your package to arrive within 6-14 business days.
For international customers, you can expect your package to arrive within 6-32 days.
Please note that every order comes with a tracking number. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed as unexpected delays can occur.
What condition is the jewelry in ?
Every piece of jewelry is wearable and carefully inspected. Since most pieces are secondhand, minor signs of wear and oxidation are to be expected. Any major imperfection will be mentioned in the item’s description.
*Note that we repolish each piece before the sale and correct major signs of wear.
